Call for Artists

Artists wishing to participate must complete this application.

  • Please upload a digital image (JPG or PDF; or MP3/MP4 files for sound and video art) sample of your artwork.
  • All images of work must include: Title, Description, Dimensions, and Price.
  • Artists are encouraged to submit new work.
  • If you are unable to submit digital images send your application packet to:
    Winchester Downtown Program
    135 1st Avenue NW
    Winchester, TN 37398

Artists with selected works will be notified by email. The email will contain the name of the business venue you have been matched, its address, and contact information. It will also include the time you need to meet the venue owner to hang your work and any other instructions required.

Artists (or their representatives) are required to attend the night of the Wriggle 6:00-9:00 p.m. They are responsible for collecting all sales from the purchase of their works and all applicable sales tax. Unless otherwise arranged with the participating venue, the artwork will only be displayed the night of the Wriggle. It must be removed immediately following the closing of the event.

All applications and artwork will be kept on file for future Wriggles. If your work is not chosen for one CRAWL it does not mean it will not be chosen for a future Wriggle. Likewise, being chosen to show in one Wriggle does not guarantee acceptance into future Wriggles, as each Wriggle will be individually curated.
